NEXTOWER - H2020
NEXTOWER will embrace a global research approach and develop a package of innovative materials to boost the performance of air-based concentrated solar power (CSP) systems to make them commercially competitive by 2020.
The project is to design and test a volumetric air receiver and lead storage system that will reduce the cost of energy production while improving its stability and time. The Consortium gathers a unique combination of excellence in materials science, design and manufacturing (ENEA, LIQTECH, ENGICER, SANDVIK, KTH, GCSP), joining and qualification (POLITO, CALEF, CERTIMAC), multi-scale thermo-structural characterization and modelling (ICCRAM, University of Oxford), CSP full-scale testing facilities (CIEMAT, ENEA), and innovation management experts (WARRANT, R2M).

HOYTI (Heliostat Optical Surface Analysys & Restoration) is a special Tubitak project to develop image process application for heliostat surface optical analysis and field calibration using edge detection technology .
CSP Tower Dispatch - SOLAR Era.Net
CSP Tower Dispatch is a Solar Era.Net project with Fraunhofer (a leading German science institution) to build a single tank molten storage and receive system to be deployed and tested in Greenway's R&D facility in Mersin, Turkey.
